Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you. RETURNED PACKAGES: Cold Spring Apothecary is not responsible for returned packages that were sent to provided address. If your package is returned there be an additional charge for reshipment.

TYPES OF GIFT CARDS:
* Gift Cards: physical cards, which can be purchase at our 40 Main St. Cold Spring NY location ONLY.
* eGift Cards: virtual cards which can be purchased at either our retail location or online and received digitally.
All Cold Spring Apothecary Gift Cards, and eGift Cards are redeemable at Cold Spring Apothecary locations for merchandise and services offered at the time of redemption only (except as required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization. Cold Spring Apothecary Gift Cards, have no expiration date and no fees will be charged against the unused balance of the gift cards. Merchandise and/or Service availability are not guaranteed with the purchase of a gift card, per our policy products and services are subject to change at will of Cold Spring Apothecary.
How to Redeem my Gift Card or eGift Card Online:
1 -(for physical Gift Cards only)
Can be redeem in store just like a credit card or online using the code on the back of the card.
2 - eGift Card-Online
On the Checkout page in the Payment section, use the code or add to your apple wallet using the QR code provided.
3-eGift Card-In-store
Provide sales associate the QR code provided or the code. Alternatively, you can add to your apple wallet to check out using the card reader.
Gift Card Balances:
Your Gift Card balance will remain active until the entire dollar amount has been used. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed.
Do not attempt to check your balance through any third-party sites. Such third-party sites are likely to be scams, and use of them may result in the theft of your Gift Card, eGift Card, and/or potentially other personal information. Cold Spring Apothecary is not responsible for the safety or reliability of other platforms, or any loss of your Gift Card, and eGift Card, as a result of the use of such sites.
Expiration/Deactivation:
Cold Spring Apothecary Gift Cards do not expire. No fees for inactivity or service fees apply. Cold Spring Apothecary reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.
Redemption:
A Cold Spring Gift Card is redeemable for purchases of merchandise or services offered at the time of redemption only, we do not guarantee any merchandise or service availability. Gift cards CAN NOT be purchased for particular services or merchandise as both of these are subject to change at will of Cold Spring Apothecary. Gift Cards are redeemable at participating locations in the United States and online at ColdSpringApothecary.com. The Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Card.
No Refunds:
NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED WITH RESPECT TO CARDS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.
No Resale:
The Cards may not be resold .
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards Used Without Authorization:
The value of any Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization.
Fraud:
IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GIFT CARD SCAMS AND FRAUD ARE ON THE RISE. Cold Spring Apothecary, is not responsible for unauthorized use of any Card and will not replace or refund any Card that you purchased and gave to a person engaged in a fraud or scam.
